What is Smilab?

Smilab is a digital dentistry platform that offers dentists expert analysis, robotic production and clinical support throughout the case for clear aligner treatment. The clinical decision and treatment stay with the dentist in every case.

How long do analysis and production take?

Once the required records reach our team, the expert analysis is prepared within 24 hours. After your approval, the aligners are produced and shipped within 4 business days. With the JET service, cases approved before 9 am are shipped the same day.

Do I need an intraoral scanner?

No. You can work with a digital scan or a conventional impression. We’ll work out the submission method that suits you together.

Can I get an opinion before taking impressions?

You can request a Pre-Assessment using photos you take of your patient. This Pre-Assessment does not replace a detailed case analysis. We work with you to confirm which records are needed.

How do I find out what a package covers and which revisions are included?

The package depends on the complexity of the case. Before you start, we agree the scope and the included revisions with you.

I don’t have a case ready yet. Can we still talk?
